Grounds for the Complaint:
The CPIO has not provided the desired information. Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present Complainant: Absent Respondent: Mr. Dharam Pal Guglani CPIO The complainant was given an opportunity to participate in the hearing but he is absent. The CPIO stated that in response to the applicant's earlier RTI application he was informed vide letter dated 23/05/2011 that the Member(P) and the Member(O) have been delegated with the powers of Review vested in the President under Rule 29-A of CCS(CCA) Rules 1965. He further stated that in the matter at hand the applicant had asked for copies of notification issued in this regard; however, no such notification is available and he has been accordingly informed.
Decision notice:
The CPIO has submitted that copy of notification sought by the applicant is not available on record. The complainant has not availed the opportunity to appear before the Commission to Page 1 of 2 canvass his case/contest the CPIO's submissions. In the above circumstances we are unable to provide any relief.
The matter is closed.
