Section 5(4)(c) in Andhra Pradesh Brewery Rules, 2006

(c)Where the Commissioner is satisfied that the applicant for expansion of production capacity of an existing Brewery has fulfilled the conditions specified in subrules (1) to (3) above, he may endorse the sanction of expansion on the existing licence.
