FACTS
Vide RTI dt 18.6.12, appellant had sought information on 8 points relating to his complaints dt 6.4.11 and 25.6.11 addressed to MHRD regarding charges of corruption and malpractices against the Director of SVNIT, Surat and some others.
2. CPIO vide letter dt 9.7.12, informed the appellant that his complaints have been forwarded to Chairman, SVNIT Surat for his comments. A response is awaited and the reminder is being sent to the Chairman.
3. An appeal was filed on 21.7.12.
4. AA vide order dt 22.8.12, informed the appellant that Chairman, BoG vide letter dt 25.7.12, had informed that the enquiry report is under preparation.
DECISION
5. A perusal of records show that the CPIO has not provided copies of letters vide which the two complaints referred to by the appellant are stated to have been sent to Chairman, SVNIT, Surat for their comments. We direct the CPIO to provide these documents to the appellant within one week from date of receipt of the order.
The appeal is disposed of.
