Section 8(8)(a) in The Haryana Transmission and Bulk Supply Licence

(a)keep such accounting records as would be required to be kept in respect of each such Separate Business as if it were carried on by a separate company, so that the revenues, costs, assets, liabilities, reserves and provisions of, or reasonably attributable to, each Separate Business are separately identifiable in the books of the Licensee from those of any other Separate Business or other business; and
