UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                  O R D E R

We do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order as the main writ petition itself is pending before the High Court. The special leave petitions are dismissed. However, we deem it appropriate to continue the interim order for a week. In the meanwhile, it is open to the parties to approach the High Court to dispose of the writ petition itself.
