Section 326C(1) in Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act, 1919
(1)Every application for licence under this Chapter shall be made to the [District Collector] [Substituted for the word 'Commissioner' by Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2003.] in such form, containing such particulars and with such fee, as may be prescribed.
