Section 153 in The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
153. Prohibition against obstruction of member of Panchayats.
- Any person obstructing any member, office bearer or servant of a Panchayat or any person with whom a contract has been entered into by or on behalf of a Panchayat in the discharge of his duties or authorized to do anything shall on conviction be punished with a fine which shall extend to one thousand rupees.
