Section 17(a) in West Bengal Yoga and Naturopathic System of Medicine Rules, 2015
(a)An appeal to the Council, preferred under section 26 against the refusal of the Registrar to register the qualification of any person whose name is entered in the register of Registered practitioners shall be in writing and shall state the particular qualification in respect of which registration is being claimed mid the date on which and the authority from which it was received;
