Section 11(1) in The Paschim Banga Ayurvedic System Of Medicine Act, 1961
(1)Subject to the provisions of section 10, the term of office of the Members nominated or elected under section 5 or section 6 shall be for four years commencing from the date of the first meeting of the Parishad after its first constitution or any subsequent periodical reconstitution, as the case may be.
