Section 52(1) in The Delhi Vidyut Board Rules, 1997
(1)If the interest in any security his been transferred by an lawful means other than a transfer in books or a deed in accordance with these rules on the death of a holder of the security, satisfactory evidence of the transfer shall be furnished to the appropriate Registrar by an affidavit of one or more competent persons or in such other manner as such Registrar, with the approval of the Board, may require.
