(2)In particular, and without prejudice, to the foregoing powers such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely;(a)the form of application for renewal grant of licence and thereof;(b)the fees payable for grant and renewal of licence;(c)the conditions subject to which a licence may be granted;(d)any other matter which is required to be or may be prescribed.
