Section 172(b) in Selected Statutes (Statutes framed under the Bombay University Act, 1914)
(b)The Vice-Chancellor shall nominate eight other members under section 34(1)(vi), two from each of the four activities, viz., (1) Sports, (ii) National Service Scheme, (iii) National Cadet Corps and (iv) Cultural Activities, on the recommendation of the appropriate authorities and/or the Director of Students' Welfare.
