Section 93(7) in Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020
(7)Every employer of a plantation shall provide-(a)washing, bathing and clock room facilities; and(b)protective clothing and equipment,to every worker engaged in the handling insecticides, pesticides, chemicals and toxic substances in such manner as may be prescribed by the State Government.
