Section 24E(7) in The University of Rajputana (Second Amendment) Act, 1950
(7)In the case of a Board dealing upto post-graduate studies, there shall be at least three internal members who shall be heads of postgraduate department, or postgraduate teachers to the extent the number of such heads is less than three in the University or in affiliated Colleges or approved institutions.
