4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner is 58 years of age; that, he is suffering from serious medical ailments; and that, the transfer order dated 23.01.2026 has been passed by respondent no. 2, in midterm.
5. The respondents are directed to file their counter affidavits within three weeks.
6. List this case on 26.02.2026.
7. Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the transfer order dated 23.01.2026 shall remain stayed.
