(2)A Board of Inspection shall consist of -(a)any officer authorised by the [State Transport Controller] [Substituted for 'Transport Commissioner' by Haryana Notification No. S.O.131/C.A.59/1988/Ss.28, 38, 65, 93, 96, 107, 111, 138, 176 and 213/2003 dated 29.10.2003.], and(b)A Motor Vehicles Inspector.
