CMP No. 15791 of 2021 Appellant has deposited 70,000/- in the Registry of this Court and has tendered Demand Draft of 34,000/- in the Registry towards deposit of balance decreetal amount including interest thereon. Registry is directed to accept the amount tendered by the appellant and invest the same as per rules.
According to appellant entire decreetal amount including interest as on date is 1,04,000/- and he has deposited the said amount. Subject to verification, if any objection is there with respect to quantum of amount to be deposited by the appellant, order dated 2.6.2022, staying execution and operation of impugned judgment and decree dated 25.11.2017 passed by Senior Civil Judge, Dharamshala, District Kangra in Civil Suit No. 343 of 2010, titled Dwarka ::: Downloaded on - 13/10/2022 20:04:16 :::CIS Dass Sharma Vs. Dharamvir Garg and judgment and decree .
dated 12.7.2019, passed by District Judge, Kangra at Dharamshala in Civil Appeal No. 12-D/XIII/2018, titled as Dharamvir Garg Vs. Dwarka Dass Sharma, is made absolute during pendency of appeal.
The application stands disposed of.
