Section 3(1) in The Shree Karveer Niwasini Mahalaxmi (Ambabai) Mandir (Kolhapur) Act, 2018
(1)On and with effect from the appointed day, the public trusts registered under the Maharashtra Public Trust Act (XXIX of 1950), by the name Shree Karveer Niwasini, at Karveer with number A-1493, which vest in, and the management of which vests in, the State Government, shall be deemed to be reconstituted under this Act as a public trust by the name of 'Shree Karveer Niwasini Mahalaxmi (Ambabai) Temple Trust, Kolhapur'.
