Section 44 in Punjab Boiler Attendants Rules, 1961
44. Surrender of lower class certificate.
- No certificate of the First Class shall be granted to the holder of a Second Class Certificate after examination under these rules unless and until he has surrendered to the Chairman the certificate of the lower grade.
