Section 44 in The Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Ordinance, 1975
44. Staff of the Corporation.
- The Corporation may appoint such number of staff as it considers necessary or desirable for the efficient performance of its functions and determine the terms and conditions of their appointment and service by regulations or otherwise:Provided that Financial Controller of the corporation shall be appointed by the corporation on such terms and conditions as the State Government may, in consultation with the Board, approve.
