Section 11(1) in The Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University - Delhi Statutes, 2017
(1)The Board of Governors shall have the overall power of management and administration of the University, including revenues and properties of the University and the conduct of all the administration affairs of the University not otherwise provided for, in the Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances.
