(2)If the amount determined by the competent authority under sub-section (1) is not acceptable to either of the parties, the amount payable shall, [on an appeal preferred by either of the parties, within sixty days from the date of the order of the competent authority, to the appellate authority, be determined by an order of the appellate authority].
