1 Mr. Kotwal, counsel for plaintiff states that the evidence of
plaintiff's first witness is concluded and there are two more witnesses as per plaintiff's list of witnesses. Mr. Kotwal states that he will file evidence affidavit of second witness, who is an Architect - Mr. Contractor and serve a copy of the evidence affidavit together with documents within two weeks from today. Mr. Kotwal states that plaintiff will try to file evidence affidavit of third witness and also serve a copy of evidence affidavit of plaintiff's third witness upon defendants before the next date.
2 Stand over to 4th October 2018 for marking of documents/ recording of documents on which date plaintiff's second witness shall remain present in Court.
