Section 2(1)(al) in Kerala Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2015

(al)"real estate project" means the development of a building or conversion of an existing building or a part thereof or the development of a colony into plots or buildings, as the case may be, for the purpose of selling all or any of the said plots or buildings and includes the development works thereof;
