Section 31 in Jharkhand Entertainments Tax Act, 2012
31. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Jharkhand Entertainment Tax Ordinance, 2012 (Jharkhand Ordinance No. 02, 2012) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken in exercise of any power conferred by or under the said ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken on exercise of the powers conferred by or under this Act as of this Act were in force on the date on which such thing was done or action taken.
