(16)generally, doing all such acts and things as may be incidental to or consequential upon the discharge of its functions under this Act.Explanation.--For the purposes of clause (12) and clause (14), the expressions "persons resident outside India" and "foreign exchange" shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in section 2 of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973 (46 of 1973).
