Bombay Presidency - Subsection

Section 2(1)(d) in The Bombay Public Trusts (Corporations) Order, 1959.

(d)"existing corporation" means the Charity Commissioner, a corporation sole constituted under the Act and functioning, immediately before the appointed day, in respect of those areas of the States of Bombay, Mysore and Rajasthan to which the Act extended;
