Section 1 in The Intellectual Property Rights (Imported Goods) Enforcement Rules, 2007
1. Short title, commencement and application.
- (i) These may be called the Intellectual Property Rights (Imported Goods) Enforcement Rules, 2007.(ii)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.(iii)They shall apply to imported goods.
