The long term agreement in Form 8 and short term agreement in Form 9 and supplementary long term agreement in Form 10 appended to these rules shall be concluded. The long term agreement shall remain operative for a period of 5 years and the short term agreement will be drawn every year, the terms and conditions laid down in such form shall be constructed as part of these rules.]
