. By this petition, the petitioner seeks writ of mandamus against the Municipal Corporation not to demolish the basement and ground floor of Hotel Jal reconstructed on the same plot having common ground floor and basement.
2. Mr.Dhond, learned counsel for the Corporation, on instructions, states that the concerned officer is on duty for carrying out the demolition of another structure and would not be able to remain present for giving instructions in this Court.
3. Place the matter High on Board on 28th July 2022 on supplementary board. Municipal Corporation shall not carry out demolition of the slab above the ground floor of Hotel Jal till tomorrow.
