Section 19(1)(a) in The Rajasthan Mica Act, 1958

(a)is convicted of mi offence in respect of mica under this Act or under Chapter XVII of the Indian Penal Court (Central Act XLV of 1860) or under the Mines and Minerals (Regulation and Development) Act, [1957 (Central Act LXVII of 1957)] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 43 of 1976.]; or
