13. Meetings of the Governing Council.
(1)The Governing Council shall meet atleast twice in a calendar year.(2)The President may convene a meeting of the Governing Council as and when necessary.(3)An emergency meeting of the Governing Council may be convened by the President on the request of the Director on a requisition signed by not less than eight members of the Governing Council and in such manner as may be prescribed by the Regulations.
