Section 49(1) in Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2002
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by a notification order, make such provisions, not inconsistent or with the provisions of this Act, as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty :Provided that no notification order under sub-section (1) shall be made after the expiration period of three years from the commencement of this Act.
