(2)Such notice supported by the signature of at least two other elected members shall reach the Secretary at least [forty-eight] [Word substituted by West Bengal Act 17 of 1995.] hours before the date on which such discussion is sought and the Secretary shall promptly place it before the Chairman or, in his absence, any member of the panel of Presiding Officers and circulate the same among the members in such manner as he may think fit.
