Section 5(1) in Rajasthan Lakes (Protection and Development) Authority Act, 2015
(1)Every town planning authority shall consult the Authority before preparing spatial or development plan of any area comprising a lake and no spatial or development plan in respect of an area comprising a lake shall be approved or enforced without the prior approval of the Authority.
