Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the issue raised in these petitions is no longer res-integra and decided vide order dated 25.11.2021 by Division Bench of this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5920/2021; Santosh Sharma vs. State of Rajasthan and batch of petitions wherein, petitions have been disposed off on directions as contained in the order.
We find that these petitions have remained pending for consideration and in the order dated referred to as herein above, this Court had directed the respondent to take final decision preferably by 28.02.2022. This necessary involves decision in all the matters including the case of the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the State would submit that thereafter, the State has taken decision in all the matters including the case of the petitioners.
In view of the above, these petitions are also disposed off.
