Section 20 in The Haryana Relief of Agricultural Indebtedness Act, 1989
20. Appearance of party before the Board by agent or by legal practitioner.
- In any proceedings under this Act, any party may be represented by an agent authorised in writing or with the permission of the Board by a legal practitioner.
