.-Where any area has previously been held under a reconnaissance permit or prospecting license or mining lease, the person who was granted such permit or license or lease shall make available to the new permit holder or licensee or lessee the original or certified copies of all plans of abandoned workings in that area and in a belt preferably 60 metres surrounding it.] [Substituted by G.S.R. 146, dated 16.1.1980. ]
