Section 24(1) in The Haryana State Legal Service Authority Rules, 1995
(1)The State Authority, District Authority, Sub-Divisional Legal Service Committee and High Court Legal Services Committee, shall prepare such number of panel of legal practitioners as it may consider necessary.
