Section 13(1) in The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2001 (Model)
(1)The parent and relations of the Juveniles shall be allowed to visit once in a month or in special cases, more frequently at the discretion of the Officer in-charge as per the visiting hours down by him.
