1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.
2. Petitioner seeks quashing of the proceedings pending before the Court of Deputy Commissioner/Collector and the notice dated 09.07.2021 issued by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate.
3. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is identical to the case of Mr. Ajay Singhal who has filed writ petition being W.P (C) 7952/2020 before this Court.

4. Reference is drawn to the subject impugned noticed dated 09.07.2021 which is addressed to the petitioner as well as Mr. Ajay Singhal.
5. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel for the respondents who prays for time to file an affidavit. Let the same be filed within three weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed before the next date of hearing.
6. List on 01.09.2021 along with W.P. (C) 7952/2020.
7. Till the next date of hearing no precipitative order shall be passed on merits of the case. Further, till the next date of hearing, petitioner shall maintain status quo with regard to the title and nature of the property.
8. Copy of the order be uploaded on the High Court website and be also forwarded to learned counsels through email by the Court Master.
