settlement deed and sale deed dated 16.09.2020 registered in the office of
Sub Registrar, Namagiripettai in Document No.1887 and 1888 of 2020
respectively regarding the property comprised in SF.No.196/4A and
SF.No.196/4B of Ariyagoundampatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk,

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to correct the error said to have occurred in the FMB sketch for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, based on the petitioner’s representation, dated 24.07.2025.
2. The petitioner had filed documents along with her representation seeking to correct the alleged error said to have occurred in the FMB sketch for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. Since the said representation has not been considered by the official respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 5 th respondent as well as any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s representation, dated 24.07.2025 seeking for correction of the alleged error said to have occurred in the FMB sketch for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, Page No.3 of 6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis ( Uploaded on: 22/01/2026 03:45:54 pm ) W.P.No.1114 of 2026 from the 5th respondent and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
