Section 2(1)(iii) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Allotment, Change of Use of Land and Regularization of Abadi Land in Panchayat Area for Tourism Units) Rules, 2015

(iii)"Authorised Officer" means an officer or authority, authorised by the State Government for the purpose of change of use of land and regularization;
