Section 3(4) in The M.P. Homoeopathy Council (Publication of Register and Appeal) Rules, 2000
(4)The persons entered in the register maintained under the Madhya Pradesh Homoeopathy Council (Publication of Register and Appeal) Rules, 1976 shall be allotted new registration numbers in the sequential order in respective registers in Form "A" and "B" and certificate of registration in Form "D" shall be issued.
