(6)[ If the concerned District Magistrate reports that any allottee of land is involved in any anti-national activities, the allotment of land shall be liable to cancellation by the allotting authority and upon cancellation of allotment, the land shall revert to the State Government free of encumbrances and the allottee shall not be entitled to any compensation.
