Section 7(1) in The West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education Act, 1975
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, a nominated or elected member shall hold office for such term not exceeding three years as the State Government may specify and such term shall be computed from the date on which the name of the nominated or elected member is published under section 6.
