Section 35(2) in Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016
(2)Every candidate for a University examination shall, unless exempted in accordance with the Ordinances and Regulations prescribed, be an enrolled member of a university, constituent of affiliated or recognized college or Post-Graduate Centre or Institution or School of the University.
