Section 2(h) in The Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Power Transmission System) Act, 1994
(h)words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 (54 of 1948) or, as the case may be, the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) shall have the meanings, respectively, assigned to them in those Acts.
