1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. I.A.3069/2024 (for exemption)
2. This is an application seeking exemption from filing originals/certified/cleared/typed or translated copies of documents, left side margins, electronic documents, etc. Original documents shall be produced/filed at the time of Admission/Denial, if sought, strictly as per the provisions of the Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Act, 2015 (hereinafter, 'Commercial Courts Act') and the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018.
3. Exemption is allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
4. Accordingly, the application is disposed of. O.M.P.(MISC.) (COMM.) 81/2024
5. This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and This is a digitally signed order.

The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 12/02/2024 at 21:53:50 Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. The matter is pending before the Sole Arbitrator and the mandate is stated to have expired on 2nd February, 2024. There is no objection on behalf of the Respondents. The dispute in the present matter was in respect of work contract agreement dated 29th August, 2016 for construction of Hostel IV at AIIMS, Masjid Moth, New Delhi including associated services and maintenance works. The disputes between the parties was regarding defaults in payments.
6. As can be seen from the proceeding sheets, the matter is at the stage of final arguments. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of six months from 2nd February, 2024.
