Section 122(1) in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
(1)In relation to the number of persons that may be carried in a public service vehicles:-(i)a child of not more than twelve years of age be reckoned as one half, and(ii)a child not more than three years of age shall not be reckoned.
